Taylor Elementary Continues to Rank as One of States Highest Performing Schools!

Based on performance from the 2017 ACT Aspire test, Taylor Elementary ranks in the top 5% of all elementary schools in the state of Arkansas! The Arkansas School Recognition Program (see Ark. Code Ann. 6-15-2017) provides financial awards to the top 10% of public schools that achieve high student performance on the state required assessments in grades 3 through 10 and the top 10% of public schools that achieve high student academic growth.  Higher rewards are given to schools placing in the top 5% of these catergories.  For placing in the top 5%, Taylor Elementary will receive over $23,000 in reward funding.  This will be the 7th consecutive year TES has received reward monies for its state testing performance.  Our sincerest thanks to our teachers and staff for their dedication to education, to our students for their good behavior and eagerness to learn, and to our parents who place the proper importance on education.
